The events floor sits above the resort's public spaces on its own lift bank — boardrooms for eight to twenty, a plenary for four hundred, and breakout salons with river terraces for the parts of a conference that matter more than the agenda.
Hybrid capability is native, not rented: broadcast-grade AV, simultaneous interpretation booths, and a technician in the room rather than on call. Delegates stay on-site, dine on-site and, if the program allows, unwind on-site.

Yes — the floor offers soundproofed rooms, private lift access, secure networks and NDA-compliant staff briefings on request.
Room hire, arrival tea and coffee, two breaks, working lunch, AV and Wi-Fi. Accommodation and dinners are quoted separately.
Fifteen minutes from Perth Airport, ten from the CBD. The chauffeur desk runs shuttles, or delegates park free under the events floor.
Speakers and VIPs are usually placed in signature suites with private check-in — the events team quotes room blocks with the package.
