Booking the resort
Check-in runs from 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. Suite guests get flexible departure where occupancy allows — the suite host confirms the night before.
Book direct and join the free rewards card — member rates sit 10–15% under public pricing, and named-room requests only work through the desk.
Flexible rates cancel free until 14:00 AWST the day before arrival; prepaid rates are locked but moveable. Full terms on the refunds page.

Gaming questions
You must be 18+ with photo ID — driver's licence or passport. Entry is free; the free rewards card adds member pricing and keeps a statement of your play if you want one.

The softer side
The dining room opens 60 days ahead and weekends go early; the chef's table is request-only for 4–8 guests. Members hold a protected window on both — details on the dining page.
Every venue — the kitchen rebuilds menus for allergies and preferences with 48 hours' notice. List everything on the booking and the chef confirms directly.
Yes — cabana days and the thermal circuit are open to outside guests; the day list releases at 8am and hotel guests hold first rights. See the cabana page.
Weekday mornings before 11am and the last two hours of the day. The family cabanas have their own shallow shelf so the lap lanes stay calm.
Bringing the whole crew
The gaming floor is sealed behind its own ID check — everywhere else works like any resort: connecting rooms, kids' club sessions, the pool shelf and early sittings at dinner.
A dedicated pet floor takes dogs under 25kg at A$65/night with the full concierge pack — bed, menu, walking routes. Book it through the desk.
Guest data follows the Privacy Policy — no selling, no third-party marketing lists. Room requests and personal details stay inside the precinct systems.
Practical logistics
On the Burswood peninsula at Bolton Avenue and Great Eastern Highway — ten minutes from Perth CBD and twelve from the airport. The contacts page has the full directions card.
Yes — self-parking is free for guests in the east structure, and valet at the porte-cochère is included with every room rate.
Chauffeur with flight-tracking from A$120, taxi in about twelve minutes, or the Airport Line to Burswood station and a seven-minute signed walk.
The foreshore jetty takes private vessels and our charters — notify the concierge and the dock is lit for evening arrivals.
The quiet hours and the drone rule
Two rules protect everyone's stay: corridors go quiet at 22:00, and drones are not flown anywhere over the precinct without prior written approval.
