These terms govern the use of premierhotelsaustralia.com and the supply of accommodation, dining, events and related services by Premier Hotels Australia Pty Ltd. Making a booking, entering the precinct or using this site constitutes acceptance.

Casino entry additionally falls under casino control legislation and house rules displayed at gaming entrances.

• Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation reference; held reservations expire if not confirmed by the stated deadline.
• Prepayment, deposit and cancellation conditions are disclosed at booking and on our Refunds & Cancellations page.
• Named-guest accuracy is required — the lead guest must present photo ID at check-in.

Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 11:00 unless otherwise arranged. Guests are responsible for their room and for visitors they admit. The resort may refuse service or remove guests whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive, without refund where the law allows.

Smoking is limited to signed outdoor areas. Pets follow the terms of the pet concierge program agreed at booking.

Gaming areas are restricted to persons aged 18 years or over; photo ID is required and checks are enforced. Entry may be refused under licence conditions, including to persons excluded or intoxicated.

Responsible-gambling tools — limits, reminders, self-exclusion — are available through the rewards desk and online. Nothing on this site is an inducement to gamble.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect loss. Our liability for services is limited under the Australian Consumer Law to resupply or payment of resupply where permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Guests are responsible for personal property; safes are provided in suites and at the desk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Courts of Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Where you are a consumer in another jurisdiction with mandatory protections, those protections continue to apply.

We may amend these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page with its revision date. Confirmed bookings remain governed by the terms in force at confirmation unless the law requires otherwise.
