Last updated: 14 August 2026 Premier Hotels Australia Pty Ltd

Who we are

Premier Hotels Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 62 408 519 773) operates the resort, casino, dining, spa and events businesses described on this website. Our registered address is Bolton Avenue and Great Eastern Highway, Burswood, Perth WA 6100, Australia.

This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where we deal with guests located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we also apply the standards of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), described further on our Legal & GDPR page.

Information we collect

  • Booking and stay details: name, contact details, dates, preferences and payment information processed by our booking partners.
  • Identity and membership data: photo ID presented for casino entry, membership records and tier status.
  • Enquiry and correspondence data you send through forms, email or telephone.
  • Technical data: device, browser, pages visited and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Event and dining details: guest lists, dietary requirements and accessibility needs you choose to share.

How we use personal information

We use personal information to operate the resort: to confirm and manage reservations, personalise stays, administer Premier Rewards, meet our casino licensing and responsible-gambling obligations, process payment, respond to enquiries, and send service communications.

Marketing communications are sent only with consent and every message carries an unsubscribe facility. We do not sell personal information.

Casino entry, surveillance and responsible play

Gaming areas operate under Western Australian casino control requirements. Photo identification is required for entry to gaming areas, and CCTV operates throughout the precinct for the safety of guests and the integrity of gaming.

Self-exclusion registrations, pre-commitment choices and player activity statements are handled confidentially and are never used for marketing purposes.

Sharing and disclosure

  • Service providers acting for us: payment processors, booking platforms, IT and security providers under contract.
  • Regulators and law enforcement where required by law, including casino control and anti-money-laundering obligations.
  • Professional advisers and insurers in connection with claims or compliance.

Where information leaves Australia, we take steps to ensure recipients protect it to a substantially similar standard.

Storage, security and retention

Personal information is stored on systems located in Australia and reputable cloud regions. We apply encryption in transit, role-based access, logging and vendor due diligence.

Records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law — for example, gaming and financial records carry statutory retention periods. When information is no longer required it is destroyed or de-identified.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. Guests in the EU/UK additionally hold GDPR rights including erasure, restriction, portability and objection — details on our Legal & GDPR page.
