One address for the whole weekend
Ceremonies run in the riverside glasshouse — a climate-controlled pavilion set inside the resort gardens — with receptions in the pillar-free ballroom or, for smaller lists, the salon level's private dining rooms.
An in-house producer coordinates the weekend: rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, recovery brunch and guest accommodation across the towers, so families deal with one team instead of six vendors.
Details that carry the experience
Riverside glasshouse
A permanent pavilion in the gardens — weather-proof, air-conditioned, and lit for evening vows.
Pillar-free ballroom
Seven-metre ceilings, a built stage and a private pre-function terrace over the river.
In-house production
Florals, lighting, staging, AV and run-sheet managed by our producer — no patchwork of vendors.
Guest room blocks
Held inventory across both towers at negotiated rates, released only when you say so.
Three steps, handled for you
Walk the spaces
Site visits run twice weekly — glasshouse, ballroom, suites and photo locations.
Lock the date & producer
A deposit secures the date and assigns your producer for the full run-up.
Hand over the weekend
Rehearsal to recovery brunch, the producer runs the sheet while you host.

Before you book
Spring Saturdays go roughly a year ahead; Fridays and Sundays offer more flexibility. The events office holds a date for seven days at no charge.
Yes — celebrants, bands and stylists are welcome. The producer coordinates load-in and runs the shared run-sheet either way.
The glasshouse is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, and the ballroom foyer converts to a ceremony backup that still faces the river.
The precinct is part of the resort — many receptions finish with an informal after-party on the salon level. Gaming areas remain 18+ and separate from function spaces.
