The Theatre Season: What to See and How to Sit
A 2,300-seat hall five minutes from your suite — how the season shapes up and why package guests sit where they sit.
The shape of the season
The theatre year divides into touring musicals, headline concerts, comedy nights and the December-to-January holiday program. Big musicals settle in for four to eight weeks; concerts are one-night stands that sell on announcement.

Where to sit
The stalls put you inside the production — rows C to M catch the full stage picture without neck strain. The dress circle front rows are the connoisseur pick for concerts. Our package allocation lives in the stalls' first fifteen rows, which is where we would sit ourselves.
The best theatre seat in Perth is the one where dinner is already handled and your bed is upstairs.
Dinner timing that respects the curtain
The pre-theatre menu runs to the curtain, not the clock — two courses built for a 7:10 out-the-door on an 8pm start. Trying a tasting menu on a show night is a rookie error; the chef's table is a non-show-night reward.
About the held allocation
The concierge desk holds stalls seats for major seasons — the package wraps them with dinner and optional suite. When public tickets read 'sold out', the package allocation is often still quietly available.

How to get the seats you want
Members get a 48-hour hold before public on-sale through the concierge calendar — worth joining for that alone if you are a two-shows-a-year person. Otherwise: book the package, name your date, collect tickets at the desk instead of the queue.
